Frequently Asked Questions
PBG Academy is a 15-week SEL leadership program. Sessions will run once a week for one hour.
For in-person services, sessions will run on weekdays (Monday-Friday) during after-school hours only.
For virtual services, sessions will run on weekdays (Monday-Friday) during or after-school hours.
Our enrollment period for the second semester ends in February 2024. All programs must be completed before the current school year ends.
Schools are asked to identify staff member(s) to serve as a PBG Main Point of Contact who will assist us with registration, administrative support, etc. This role is very minimal, as we provide full facilitation and onsite coordination during the course of the program year.
The PBG Facilitator’s role is to facilitate the 15-week program to their assigned group(s) of students. The Facilitator is required to attend an onboarding/training session and will receive materials and ongoing guidance to ensure successful execution. PBG will provide Facilitators for participating schools.
Our onboarding process consists of five steps:
Step 1: Once PBG receives payment or purchase order, a welcome email will be sent.
Step 2: The school partner completes a request for services form.
Step 3: PBG schedules an onboarding call to confirm logistics and learn more about the participants.
Step 4: The school partner receives recruitment materials, including flyers, registration link and launch date.
Step 5: PBG Program launches at designated school.
